Outdoor Fitness Sessions

We’re pleased to announce that, week commencing 29th March, will be the start of our outside fitness sessions for 2021. Whether you’re looking to get ready for the return to squash, improve your fitness, or just to increase your motivation, we have a variety of sessions throughout the week for all levels and ages! All sessions will be running outside in groups with limited numbers, and with social distancing and hygiene protocols in place to ensure that the sessions are as safe as possible.
