Sabrina has extensive experience working as a personal trainer in gyms, leading fitness classes and personal 1:1 sessions with a variety of clients – from the gym-shy to more experienced athletes. Sabrina is the owner/operator of Triple S Fitness, a body-positive fitness business she founded after her second child started school. Sabrina is a competitive runner with Hunts AC, with experience in training from 5ks to marathons, and coaches people at all ages and abilities.
