The Hemingford Gym is a high-quality community facility, equipped to satisfy the requirements of both performance trainers and recreational enthusiasts alike. The gym environment is relaxed and welcomes members over 18 years of age.

The Gym Team is available to provide support from initial induction and advice through to program construction and specialist PT, Sports Injury Therapy, and Physiotherapy services.   • Single

    This membership covers one adult over the age of 18 years and can only be used during the stated Super Off-Peak opening times.

FAQs

What health and safety restrictions are there?

You will need to fill in a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) as part of the induction process.

Are there restrictions for who can use the gym?

Members must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Children may only use the gym under the direct supervision of a member of The Sports Academy Team.

Is there a joining fee?

Yes. There is an induction fee of £20 plus a £10 deposit for the access fob.
