Fitness, Strength and Balance

These classes have been running for over 10 years, with regular attendance from both men and women of all ages and physical abilities.

Specifically designed to cater for anyone these circuit sessions encourage participants to work at their own pace, with instruction and guidance from the coaches over a wide range of stations to provide a complete work out.
