Circuit training at The Sports Academy has been running now for over 10 years, with regular attendance from both men and women of all ages and physical abilities.

Specifically designed to cater for anyone these circuit sessions encourage participants to work at their own pace, with instruction and guidance from the coaches over a wide range of stations to provide a complete work out:

Cardio: Targeting the heart and improving energy levels.

Muscular Strength: Targeting movement mechanics and improving body tone.

Muscular Endurance: Targeting core strength and improving functional strength holistically.

Social Motivation: Improving the consistency and volume of training through enjoyable but challenging sessions in a welcoming group environment.

Runs twice a week on Squash Court 1.

Tuesdays – 9:30–10:30 AM
