Thank you to everyone who came down to play or support The Phoenix Cup at the club on the 12th of January! It was great to see plenty of SA players taking part in the England Squash Bronze sanctioned competition.
A huge thank you also to those parents who provided sandwiches and snacks, proceeds of which will go towards the 2020 October Junior Tour.
There were too many great matches and performances to comment on them all, but firstly congratulations to Bertie Thackray on winning a tournament for the first time; the first of many we’re sure! Diego Pita also put in some very strong performances to win the U15 event in an emphatic style.
